We at GCHS strive for excellence in all that we do. We aim to foster creativity, teamwork, leadership, integrity, and critical thinking through academic rigor and a diverse curriculum. Our school is home to the Academy of Information Technology (AOIT) program, where students are exposed to the broad career opportunities in today’s digital workforce and equip them with the personal, analytical, technical, and communication skills needed for these careers.
Our school is also home to numerous clubs and organizations that provide students with a thriving extracurricular experience. Clubs and organizations like our Chorale, National FFA program, NJROTC, Diversity Club, Battle of the Books are just a few examples of the opportunities our school has that give students a chance to grow as leaders, spark their creativity, come together, and prepare for the future. Lastly, our school is proud of our prestigious band program and our athletic program, which has been recognized as an NCHSAA Exemplary School.
