Cumberland County Schools acknowledges the pivotal role of a positive school culture in enhancing student outcomes. The Office of Student Support Services is dedicated to ensuring that every student within the district enjoys active engagement and comprehensive support within their respective schools. A comprehensive strategy has been formulated to equip students, families, and educators with tools, resources, and strategic guidance. The expectation is that these strategies will foster continuous improvement in school culture and a reduction in incidents of inappropriate behavior.
